We are looking for interested candidates as a Manager/ Asst. Manager [Sales & Marketing] for Garments Factory who has initiative, experience in following sector, dive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong Knowledge on a trims (specially Zipper Marketing), Accessories domestic and International market.

  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity. Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.

  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.

  • Must have knowledge coordinate the sale for achieve the sales target, Collect order, L/C and payment.

  • Searching for new clients and traveling to visit potential clients Have Good Technical Knowledge about cost saving tricks.

  • Technically sound on Zipper Marketing, Consumption & Pricing. Able to handle different buyer`s independently.

  • Represent the company on external communication with suppliers and clients.

  • Sample follow up and coordinate with other departments related to orders.

  • Any other work or report completion as directed by the management Daily & regular reporting to the management on daily sales & periodical sales activity with performance.

  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales target & operational budget. Generating leads for new customers, onboard new sales areas/outlets.

  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet.
