Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Interacting with the buyers directly for managing all orders & getting all required approvals within the target dates constantly guiding the orders with production teams keeping in mind the bulk production & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity.
∎ Develop and select seasonally appropriate styles, fabrics, trims, and coordinate product development based on the overall company's vision and strategy
∎ Allocate styles in different units based on available capacity and product categories. job work in terms of production capacity.
∎ Advice Business units on ideas /plan to execute client requirements on product categories as well as product presentation during customer visits
∎ Must Have good knowledge in Product Development.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders / styles at a time independently.
∎ Conducting meetings with outlet management team as well as represent outlet in different meetings & discussions with higher management.
∎ Communicate and follow-up Shop Managers for the development of new products
∎ Create forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
∎ Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities
∎ Coordinate with sales team, present order status, and product costing and discuss capacity status of the factory. Take decision to accept any order or not when there are fewer margins.
∎ To be able to lead a team with strong organizational skills.
∎ Develop & train the outlet/store sales force
∎ Create MIS and maintain records for daily, weekly and monthly sales.
∎ Regular visit to showrooms and factories.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years of working experience in relevant field, like- Retail Store, Fashion industry, Lifestyle Shop.
∎ Must have an understanding of price relation to product development
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
∎ Willingness to work in remote areas, working extra times, frequent visit across the country
∎ Excellent analytical, decision making, planning and presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of local fashion industry
