Responsibilities & Context:
The Mnager/Assistant Manager will be responsible for executing sales and marketing activities in a specific operational area within the Ceramics Business Unit. Showroom promotion, and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
Responsibilities & Context
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Tiles & Sanitary Ware products.
• Execute promotional activities, showroom merchandising, and display arrangements.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and promotions.
• Supervise and guide Executives in field activities and ensure proper reporting.
