About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Administration to lead our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory
compliance, overseeing facility and asset management, and providing critical support across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance policies and renewals.
- Handle vendor operations including lease, transport, stationery, events, printing, and construction.
- Oversee asset and inventory management.
- Administer travel and daily allowances for field employees.
- Supervise housekeeping, stationery supply, and guest house management.
- Coordinate expatriate support and logistics.
- Manage employee attendance and probation records.
- Ensure timely licensing and regulatory compliance for offices, showrooms, warehouses, and factory.
- Liaise with NSI, SB, BIDA, Immigration, Police, and other law enforcement agencies.
- Operate administrative systems (MDM, GEMS, MiHCM, etc.).
- Oversee transportation and company vehicle fleet.
- Support employee engagement and facility management initiatives.
