Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Management of all the current & upcoming security issues.
∎ Manage & ensuring round the clock safety and security of company premises.
∎ Safeguard company properties, employees, visitors, and business associates.
∎ Initiating, facilitating, and promoting activities to foster security awareness within the factory.
∎ Update/renew and obtain all legal documents of the company related to administration.
∎ Taking care company transport pools. Daily vehicle requisition, employees’ holydays, arrival-departure schedule management. Repair and Maintenance of all official transport.
∎ Capable to mitigate issues like Accident, Transport Problem etc. Processing company legal agreements and contracts with venders/ suppliers.
∎ Transportation support of company’s emergency patient-hospital management, emergency sample, goods, parcels to & from factory-head office, shipment and all production related support
∎ Look after overall housekeeping/cleanliness, wastage, pest control management of the factory.
∎ Manage Expatriate related issue.
∎ Ensuring hire and reference checks of all daily labours and their activities, settlement of bills including workers discipline in the factory and dining hall area during lunch and tiffin period.
∎ Able to handle all legal issues of Govt. and intelligence department (Like-Police, DGFI, NSI, Defence services etc.).
∎ Office flat agreement, all suppliers’ agreement, management for foreign employee’s residence.
∎ Able to handle/manage large number of security force and their periodic reference check.
∎ Conducts security training & development, implement security measures and intelligence procedures as per SOP/ C-TPAT.
∎ To keep the higher authority to inform on any incident-accident that may happen time to time.
∎ Maintain liaison with law and enforcing agencies when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Attention of higher managements to implement the strong security awareness and procedures.
∎ Co-operation of employees to improve the housekeeping and reduce the transportations coast.
∎ Need to be stay in Bhaluka, Mymensingh permanently during the service period with the company.
Salary: Negotiable
