Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will be preferable
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD HRM
∎ Skills Required: human resource planing, Labour Law, payroll management, Performance Management System, Talent Management, Training & Development

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day-to-day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, housekeeping, transport, office maintenance, and utilities.
∎ To make planning, coordinate, and implement administrative policies, procedures, regulations, rules, and norms to ensure that the organization's environment is safe for employers, employees, visitors, and business operations.
∎ Supervise the activities of the Administration Staffs, and Look after the performance of Common Service Staffs like Office Assistant, Peon, drivers, cookers and Cleaners etc.
∎ Effective liaison with the local govt. & law enforcement agency/ authorities and others as and when required for conducting administrative operations.
∎ Look after all repair and maintenance of office equipments.
∎ Direct & Control overall HR, Administration, and Compliance.
∎ The applicants must have sound knowledge on Industrial security ACT in the Bangladesh Labor Law and latest amendment made on Labor Law.
∎ Ensure the Training and Development Program are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
∎ Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development/Administration and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
∎ Advice, guide and support the Executive Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization
∎ Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years working in any reputed company as HR & admin in Bangladesh will be preferable.
∎ Candidates who applied before, no need to apply.
∎ Must have the ability to handle independently.
∎ Sound knowledge computers such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, HR Software etc.
∎ Cooperative & Mutual respect.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
∎ Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work in a stressful situation.
