Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Factory open & closing smoothly.
∎ 2. Ensure Factory Safety & Security during Holiday period.
∎ 3. Always get factory ready for announce and unannounced buyer visit and compliance audit.
∎ 4. Take disciplinary action on various misconduct according to the local labor laws.
∎ 5. Daily check over all cleaning & housekeeping condition of the factory inside & outside.
∎ 6. Supervise production floor and also do necessary repairing and maintenance work.
∎ 7. Responsible for develop, integrate and lead day-to-day key administrative functions of company including Canteen activities also.
∎ 8. Plan, control and supervise the functional efforts across the company, including canteen management, transportation, Shipment, legal, facilities and equipment as well as safeguarding of intellectual property
∎ 9. Responsible of orientation and training of newly recruited administrative workers and staff
∎ 10. Analyze need, develop and execute the support systems like housekeeping, preventive maintenance, office stationery, utilities, rent and parking management
∎ 11. Follow up shipments and logistics support services and shipment schedule for goods transport to port and other destinations
∎ 12.Effective liaison with local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required
∎ 13. Ensure efficient office management and logistic support for every department
∎ 14. Check and ensure the factories are prepared for buyers or third parties visit
∎ 15. Monitor and control proper disposal of wastage and effective waste management systems
∎ 16. Control and effective utilization of factory owned vehicles operation
∎ 17. Responsible for vehicle tracking system, servicing scheduling and route plan with supplier follow up.
∎ 18. Over all responsible for maintain factory health & safety standard. working as the top of House-keeping team
∎ 19. Ensure safety & security of factory premises. Lead the security section of plant
∎ 20. Any others job assigned by the top Management.
