Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working Experience Denim Bottom more than 10 Years.
∎ No short cutting is allowed at any issues.
∎ Oversee the entire fabric cutting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Develop and implement cutting schedules to meet production targets.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandising, planning and CAD for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.
∎ Ensure all cutting machinery is properly maintained and serviced, conduct regular inspections to ensure cuts meet design specifications.
∎ Supervise and train cutting staff on techniques, safety protocols, and machinery operations.
∎ Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric, also maintaining and recording cutting fabric consumption.
∎ Line input shall be given as per Order – Plan – Cut.Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
∎ Monitor fabric relaxation processes properly.
∎ Enforce safety guidelines and ensure all cutting processes adhere to company and industry regulations.
∎ Maintain records of materials used, waste generated, and production outputs.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on cutting activities and team performance to senior management.
∎ Lay Inspection- Marking – and cutting the Fabrics accordingly, ensure Numbering is made actually.
∎ Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.Ensure proper implementation of SOPs to minimize errors in cutting.
∎ Efficiency should be more than 85%.
∎ Surplus cutting is preparable for all types of style.
∎ Less consumption is to maintain maximum.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Top Management.
