Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any Mechanical issues including Sewing, Finishing, Cutting, CAD, Sample & others machinery.
∎ Sound knowledge on all sewing machine related spare parts, ability to prepare monthly spare parts requirements and good in inventory management Prepare maintenance plan for Woven Garments.Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and sewing machinery.
∎ Ensure Machines are installed and maintained as per safety standard (Accord/RSC).
∎ Making attachments in house and giving training to all mechanics in special sewing machines.
∎ Ensure machine break down as less as possible by properly use of man, machine and spare parts.
∎ Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other Machinery.
∎ Have to setup the line layout like Machine arranges, Folder arrange, Machine parts arrange, Support all machine adjustment & any attachment arrangement.
∎ Maintain machines in appropriate manner to achieve maximum output of its total operating life.
∎ Ability to follow up preventive maintenance schedule with the team and minimize machine break down time with continuous follow up.
∎ Ability to identify and provide machine requirements for different kinds of products.
∎ Ensure all certificates & Calibration report are well maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant Technical Audit.Controlling the maintenance expenditure with in the given budget and prepare month end financial reports.
∎ Strictly follow up standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all areas of maintenance.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify employee's training needs and ensure their career developments.
∎ Good in supplier's relationship management.
∎ Sound knowledge in energy saving initiatives to minimize the energy consumption of sewing machines.
∎ To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when advised by the higher authority.
∎ Having Knowledge for quick c/o & perfect layout.Any others job assigned by the Top Management.
