Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in HR Management Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Compliance, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, HR Compliance, Human Resource
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make and implement Factory HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006, Factories Act-1979, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law-2003 and ILO convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as Accord, Alliance, WRAP, social / ethical/environmental / technical etc.
∎ Security System Audit (C-TPAT), FCCA, SCS, GSV etc.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem
∎ And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working with export oriented RMG & Textiles sector is required .
∎ Sound Knowledge on H&M HIGG and Better work,H & M NSR will be given preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR & Administrative.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
∎ Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit WRAP, BSCI, ACCORD & Alliance.
