Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM or
∎ Masters in any discipline from reputed institution with PGDHRM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make and implement the Company's HR & Admin policies & Compliance policies as per local law.
∎ Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Salary & Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety, etc.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law, and ILO convention Relevant on Telecommunications sector in Bangladesh.
∎ To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.
∎ Communicate with Group HQ, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation, etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Talent mapping against business expansion requirement.
∎ Run training programs, employee engagement programs, employee awareness programs methods and channels to get the workers/employees involved towards business objectives as per statutory requirement and yearly calendar.
∎ Monitor & manage employee/ office premises security & safety as per compliance policy.
∎ Monitor & establish strong control over general admin job e.g. Capex, Opex, stationery and logistics, employee canteen management, Tiffin and Lunch management, housekeeping, local people conveyancing etc.
∎ Make harmonize relationship with stakeholder i.e. Government Bodies, Industry Bodies, Audit Companies, etc.
∎ Run the function of grievance management, PC and counseling for the workers as per guideline of labor law.
∎ Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
∎ Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
∎ Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
∎ Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
∎ Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
∎ Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
∎ Assist with performance management procedures.
∎ Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
∎ Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
∎ Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
∎ Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
∎ Process attendance report for payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
∎ Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have 03-05 years' experience in management of Administration and Human Resource Development (HRD) of any reputed good Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): drafting note sheet, office order, appointment letter, etc. both in English and Bangla.
∎ Managing email communication within company and outside of company.
∎ The applicants should have minimum knowledge in the following business area(s): ISP/IIG/ICX/IGW Telecommunication services and IT Enabled Services.
∎ Good command in English & Bengali; both spoken and written.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in the use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel & other relevant programs, Internet browsing, etc.
∎ Have to have critical Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and its compliance in the organization.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Must be a team player with leadership skills.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Ability to accurately follow instructions.
∎ Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
∎ Effective HR administration and people management skills.
∎ Exposure to payroll practices.
∎ Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
∎ Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
∎ Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
∎ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
