Experience:
Master’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of banking/financial services experience, with at least 5 years in ADC, digital banking, or operations leadership.
In-depth knowledge of ATM/POS switching, digital channels, settlement, and dispute management.
Strong understanding of Bangladesh regulations and compliance frameworks.
Proven track record in managing large-scale ADC operations with 24/7 service delivery.
Experience in digital transformation projects (Automation, RPA, AI-driven monitoring, or analytics preferred).
Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
We are seeking highly skilled and proactive Manager of ADC (Alternate Delivery Channels) Operations to oversee the bank’s digital delivery platforms, including ATMs, CRM/CDMs, POS, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and QR-based solutions. The incumbent will ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous innovation in line with the bank’s digital transformation strategy.
Lead and manage day-to-day ADC operations across ATMs, CRM/CDMs, POS, Internet Banking, Mobile Apps, and Agent Banking channels.
Ensure 100% uptime, security, and efficiency of alternate delivery systems through effective monitoring and incident management.
Collaborate with technology, card, operations, and business teams to deliver seamless customer experience across all channels.
Implement SOPs, SLAs, and risk management practices to ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.
Drive automation and process optimization for reconciliation, settlement, monitoring, and dispute handling.
Manage vendor relationships (switch operators, PSPs, payment networks) and negotiate SLAs for maximum efficiency.
Monitor and report channel performance, transaction volumes, downtime, and customer feedback.
Lead innovation in ADC channels, such as QR payments, contactless, interoperability, and real-time banking services.
Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and digital service delivery.
