  • Minimum 10 years of banking/financial services experience, with at least 5 years in ADC, digital banking, or operations leadership.

  • In-depth knowledge of ATM/POS switching, digital channels, settlement, and dispute management.

  • Strong understanding of Bangladesh regulations and compliance frameworks.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale ADC operations with 24/7 service delivery.

  • Experience in digital transformation projects (Automation, RPA, AI-driven monitoring, or analytics preferred).

  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking highly skilled and proactive Manager of ADC (Alternate Delivery Channels) Operations to oversee the bank’s digital delivery platforms, including ATMs, CRM/CDMs, POS, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and QR-based solutions. The incumbent will ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous innovation in line with the bank’s digital transformation strategy.

  • Lead and manage day-to-day ADC operations across ATMs, CRM/CDMs, POS, Internet Banking, Mobile Apps, and Agent Banking channels.

  • Ensure 100% uptime, security, and efficiency of alternate delivery systems through effective monitoring and incident management.

  • Collaborate with technology, card, operations, and business teams to deliver seamless customer experience across all channels.

  • Implement SOPs, SLAs, and risk management practices to ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.

  • Drive automation and process optimization for reconciliation, settlement, monitoring, and dispute handling.

  • Manage vendor relationships (switch operators, PSPs, payment networks) and negotiate SLAs for maximum efficiency.

  • Monitor and report channel performance, transaction volumes, downtime, and customer feedback.

  • Lead innovation in ADC channels, such as QR payments, contactless, interoperability, and real-time banking services.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and digital service delivery.
