Education:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry/Textile Engineer’s.

• Age At most 27 years

• Responsible for Dyes & chemicals supplier source and chemicals purchase as per buyer requirement.

• Source vendors for new materials development and alternate vendors for existing materials development. In order to source a vendor, the compliance issues of the vendor’s office and factory and its various valid certificates have to be brought into our evaluation of vendor selection. Review vendor performance to suggest recommendations.

• Enlist prospective vendors and evaluate them through the Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) module of Oracle-Fusion Cloud. Continues improvement and creating of long-term relationships with new and existing vendors.

• Collect all development sample from supplier & sent to washing plant and collect development result from washing plant

• Based on test report, procure chemicals and other procurement formalities (CS preparation, LC Open).

• To negotiate price with suppliers by mail and over phone by ensuring the quality of the product

• Prepare comparative statement (CS) in Oracle-ERP (Fusion Cloud) upon collecting price from different suppliers.

• Prepare purchase order/work order/contract e.g. Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA) in the Oracle-EBS & Fusion Cloud and follow up order’s on-time delivery, payment, and GRN/inventory.

• Issue purchase order to suppliers for PI.

• LC procedures and follow up with LC team.

• All documents send to LC department for LC open

• Upon receiving LC from concern department, share with beneficiary supplier.

• Arrange local bills, prepared and sent to accounting department.
