Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge of labor laws, especially those relating to worker welfare and compliance.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Must be expert in Microsoft Office & Typing both Bengali, English & making PowerPoint presentations as well

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Works as path between workers and management to ensure each party’s utmost interest.
∎ Monitor and improve worker welfare facilities.
∎ Address grievances related to wages, working conditions, or harassment in a confidential and constructive manner.
∎ Provide counseling and support to workers regarding health, family, and workplace issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with local labor laws, factory rules, and international social standards (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP).
∎ Maintain and update welfare-related records and reports as per legal requirements.
∎ Organize and facilitate training sessions on workplace safety, health, hygiene, and rights.
∎ Compliant management of workers as early as possible.
∎ Assist in organizing and attending welfare committee and participation committee meetings.
∎ Collaborate with the health and safety team to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
