Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Observe and learn from experienced team members
∎ Identify process gaps and create plans to resolve and execute accordingly
∎ Handle several numbers of orders / styles at a time and independently
∎ Understand and implement operational, tactical and strategic plans of senior management
∎ Monitor the progress of any sample development and follow-up the order, as per buyers’ expectation
∎ Understand and meet the expectation of different buyers’ specific requirements with technological support if necessary
∎ Make a strong relationship with all production departments and buyers
∎ MTOs have to work in various departments of production floor (like – weaving, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality, packing, store and specially marketing team)
∎ Learn each and every department’s work process and provide presentation on that to higher management (monthly)
∎ Accomplish all requirements and achieve goals, as per this traineeship program
∎ Any other task assigned by higher management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have a good command over English
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skills in MS-Office, e-mail and internet
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
