∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for plan, run and lead the quality department as per factory and buyers' quality standards.
∎ Overseeing, Co-ordinate and promoting the company’s quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirements.
∎ Developing and analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine the present standard and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products;
∎ Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in-process and finished goods inspection.
∎ Working with effectively interacts with technical, development and production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Reviewing and Update Company's quality control manual modules and materials relevant to productivity and quality control.
∎ Organizing, conducting and facilitating training program as required.
∎ Finalizing the critical operation, quality points and explaining to the Quality team.
∎ Develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedure
∎ Review current policies/ working procedure of quality department, improve & implement the same in consultation with Management;
∎ Monitor & ensure product quality from fabric in house to finish goods;
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions;
∎ Developing quality control processes.
∎ Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
∎ Conduct technical audits periodically and prepare CAP.
∎ Prepare corrective action plan on quality-related issues.
∎ Ensure label management system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ We need candidates having at least 8-10 years of solid work experience in RMG sector (Shirt Factory). If you have no experience in Shirt Factory we are strongly recommend you not to apply.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Salary: Negotiable
