  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in HR & Administration, preferably in financial institutions, insurance companies, or large corporate organizations.

  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, corporate governance, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage change and lead organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing and selling Group Insurance and Bancassurance products to corporate clients and financial institutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, banks, and business partners.

  • Support senior team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and policy documentation.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall departmental growth.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

  • Participate in training programs and professional development initiatives.
