  • Age At least 30 years
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related functions.

  • Experience in training design, planning, facilitation, coordination, and learning administration is required.

  • Prior experience in the Insurance Industry will be considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.

  • Strong presentation, Excellent communication, facilitation and public speaking skills.

  • Strong analytical ability and data interpretation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to organize large-scale training programs and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize training materials, presentations, handouts, and learning interventions for sales and operational employees.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional training calendars in alignment with organizational priorities and business goals.

  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training programs with confidence and professionalism.

  • Analyze training needs, identify competency gaps, and recommend appropriate learning solutions.

  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, field observations, and performance tracking.

  • Prepare and maintain training reports, dashboards, MIS, and data-driven insights for management review.

  • Collaborate with Regional Heads, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders to ensure effective implementation of learning initiatives and performance improvement plans.
