Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to be a quick learner.
∎ should be pro-activeness for duties & responsibilities.
∎ Must be able to adjust with the new assignment.
∎ Have good internal & external communication skill.
∎ Gaining knowledge of company policies, procedure, protocols and processes.
∎ Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in disciplinary hearings.
∎ Follow up with the concern department about the given task.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.
