∎ Age 25 to 28 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in monitoring production/quality/merchandising/planning performance depending on the assigned department.
∎ Collect and analyze production or process data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
∎ Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal use.
∎ Observe current work methods and contribute ideas for lean manufacturing, 5S, and productivity improvements.
∎ Participate in efficiency and cost reduction projects.
∎ Communicate effectively with line supervisors, operators, and cross-functional teams.
∎ Follow up on tasks assigned by management and report on progress.o   Learn about buyer compliance requirements internal audit protocols.
∎ Assist in maintaining quality standards and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Maintain proper documentation including reports, checklists, logs, and improvement records.
∎ Assist in audit preparation and documentation updates.o   Keep records of learnings, activities, and challenges throughout the training period.
∎ Submit weekly/monthly progress reports to the HR and department head.
∎ Develop technical, analytical, and soft skills (leadership, teamwork, communication).
∎ Attend training programs, workshops, and internal development sessions.
∎ Present a final training report or presentation to the management.
∎ Get evaluated for potential placement into a permanent role in the appropriate department.
