Skills Required: Communication in English,COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT,Smart and Dedicated

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Bangla.Smart, confident, and eager to learn new business processes.Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email writing.Strong analytical and organizational ability.Willing to work at both Head Office (Dhaka) and Factory (Mymensingh) as required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in daily communication with local and international buyers.
Support merchandising activities — sampling, costing, order tracking, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments for smooth order execution.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, shipment schedules, and production status updates.
Support the team in new product development, presentations, and marketing materials.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Maintain proper documentation, email communication, and buyer files.
Participate in training sessions at both the Head Office and Factory to gain complete operational understanding.
