Proven expertise in risk assessment & test‑specification preparation.
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word); strong report‑writing & e‑mail communication.
Excellent teamwork, follow‑up, multitasking, time‑management and self‑discipline.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Follow each buyer’s technical guideline for home‑textile, bag and luggage items.
- Cover RSL/MRSL, Performance/Regulatory, and Chemical Risk categories.
- Take Department Head’s feedback, e‑mail to merchandiser & buyer for approval, and file the approved RAS; drive all tests accordingly.
- Collect all QA‑related documents (H&M and other buyers).
- Distribute to merchandisers, material suppliers and IE/production teams.
- Test development, counter, bulk‑lot and random samples in the company lab.
- Draft test reports/specifications to buyer standards, obtain approval, e‑mail to stakeholders and archive them in both system & filing folders.
- Prepare Test Request Forms (TRF) and dispatch samples.
- Keep continuous liaison with the lab, chase test status, verify reports, and release to teams after Department Head approval.
- Store all in‑house and third‑party test samples by style & category in separate boxes; keep the tracking register/database updated.
- Analyse failed results, prepare Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) / Root‑Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) reports, solve issues with Department Head, and inform QA, PD and production teams.
- Execute tests under Innovative Fabrics Ltd. in‑house capabilities; issue approved reports and file them properly.
