Educational Requirements:
∎ MA/ MBA/ MSS especially in English/ Media & Communication / Sociology / Gender studies/ Development studies / Law from reputed university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examinations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support for production, different reports and content of the training and workshop programmes with ensuring the highest quality of the reporting and documentation
∎ Conduct or review the programmes proposal and documentations according to the approved guideline and translate the recommendations into programme design, implementation and evaluation through gender lens
∎ Explore and Innovate new ways of doing things, design and develop products for learning and knowledge building
∎ Participation of different workshop, discussion and dialogs and ensure visit and follow up to support implementation of gender capacity related activities and ensure the quality of documentation
∎ Coordinate, develop and maintain key professional networks, relationships with other programmes to ensure gender is integrated in wider initiatives, and to promote the partners' participation in coordination systems at the local level
∎ Attend need basis special gender training and module development an compilation of all kinds of materials and update with the new ideas and innovations
∎ Support GJ&D and partner programme staff on Gender Policy, Strategy and Capacity Building
∎ Participate celebration of special days and events on gender, women and human rights national and international days and ensure the visibility through high quality reporting
∎ Prepare monthly action plan and periodic progress report on gender capacity related activities for specific zone
∎ Compile training reports, database of training participants, pre and post test results and training evaluation reports
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while acting as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures. Practice, promote, encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent academic knowledge in social science, specially focusing on gender and women empowerment
∎ Good Understanding on organisation's goals and objectives
∎ Strong Understanding on communication strategies, reporting and documentation
∎ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in and with teams
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
∎ Quality on leadership and supportive supervision
∎ Excellent skills as a facilitator
