Educational Requirements:
∎ The Candidate must be in his 3rd or above year of his/ her undergraduate study. Preferably in RMG/ Textile/ Fashion Designer background.
∎ The Candidate must be from textile related universities, like textile engineering college, BIFT, SMUCT, Uttara University, BUFT, NIFT, CFTM etc.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla speaking is must.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge on global business in relation to garments, Home-Textile, Footwear and leather goods.
∎ Should have knowledge on production process of Yarn, Fabric, Knitting, Weaving, Dyeing and Finishing of Fabric.
∎ Basic knowledge on production process of Garments, Home-textile, Footwear and leather goods will be given additional preference
∎ Skillness on logical argument in establishing any business deal with the supplier/manufacturer will be considered as a special quality and will be given priority in selection.
∎ Better IQ with high uptake is preferable for the post.
∎ Should always show positive attitude in resolving any problem and should be accommodative and adaptive in all situation.
∎ Having knowledge on national and international Factories of Garments, Home-textiles, Footwear and Leather goods will be considered as a well deserve candidate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge on computer handling and communicational skill in internet.
∎ Initial job duration 6 months.
∎ Certified world class training course will be provided.
Salary:
∎ Taka 5000 per month will be provided.If he/she meets their monthly acquisition target, additional 50% to 100% of the base salary will be provided.For every successful order, The Candidate will be entitled to get incentives.Daily allowance.Permanent/ Regular job will be offered to the outstanding performer upon the completion of the 6 month of training period.
