Educational Requirements:
∎ The Candidate must be in his 3rd year or above of his/her undergraduate study. Preferably BBA, Economics background.
∎ The Candidate must be from top private University of Dhaka. Like, NSU, IUB, EWU, BRAC etc.
∎ English Medium Background is preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be updated with the current affairs of the world in respect of politics and business.
∎ Should be updated with global marketing trend specially garments and leather goods.
∎ Should be expert in extensive internet use with workable typing speed.
∎ Should have good knowledge on political and physical map of the world.
∎ Knowledge on E Commerce, B2B and B2C global business will be given preference.
∎ Should have knowledge of sourcing Buyers of various categories like Apparels, Footwear and Leather goods and should have convincing power to motivate them to include in Knittersland Platform.
∎ Should possess pleasant personality to build up inter personal relationship with Buyer.
∎ Should be motivated to work under pressure and workload.
∎ Should have enough strength to undergo mental hardship with endurance
∎ Should be proactive in all deeds and actions with self-motivation.
∎ Sincerity, honesty and integrity will be counted as basic need of the applicant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be fluent in English both spoken and written.
∎ Initial job duration 6 months.
∎ Certified world class training course will be provided.
Salary:
∎ Taka 5000 per month will be provided.If he/she meets their monthly acquisition target, additional 50% to 100% of the base salary will be provided.For every successful order, The Candidate will be entitled to get incentives. Daily allowance.Permanent/ Regular job will be offered to the outstanding performer upon the completion of the 6 month of training period.
