Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Look after the compliance issues in line with Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015 and also other govt. regulation bodies as well. Implement Code of Conduct (COC) provided by the buyers. Carry out regular compliance audit & put up recommendation, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ 2. Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
∎ 3. Provide compliance training, Fire Drill training/Chemical training/PPE training, etc. to the concern employee as and when required for compliance issues.
∎ 4. Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ 5. To implement corrective action plan (CAP) as per findings/observations/recommendation of concerned audit and submit the CAP to the management.
∎ 6. To scrutinize the different registers that are maintained in the factory, are as per Buyers COC as well as Labor Laws.
∎ 7. Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance must ensure that factory is maintaining compliance issues at all times.
∎ 8. To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.
∎ 9. To identify chemical related all issues and solve as per buyer requirement.
∎ 10. To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ 11. Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Starting Salary 22000/= then after completion of Six months of service if his/ her performance is found excellent, allowances will be TK.27,OO0/- and designation will be Executive. S/he will also be entitled to become regular employee.
