Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in any discipline from any Public University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
∎ Help set policies.
∎ Evaluate work output.
∎ Work in different departments to gain perspective, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing and personnel Departments.
∎ Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
∎ Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
∎ Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products.
∎ Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
∎ Assist in load and capacity planning using Engineering tools and techniques.
∎ Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency.
∎ Check pilot run & identify the critical areas.
∎ Identify production related problem, low efficiency areas and wastage & suggest for necessary resolution.
∎ Assist in identifying efficiency & utilization of manpower and machine.
∎ Assist in finding individual capacity, capability, efficiency & analyze related reports & adding valuable feedback.
∎ Assist in Identifying & eliminating Non Value Adding (NAV) operations by value stream mapping for selected areas.
∎ Ensure daily production target as per planning.
∎ Follow-up the priorities of production order for smooth production process.
∎ Update daily production report as per work order.
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

∎ Age 25 to 28 years
