Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
printing and packaging, Printing Machinery
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make troubleshooting of Rotograviour Flexible Printing Machines.
∎ To solve the critical issues of PLC
∎ To do the job of maintenance and troubleshooting of Printing, Slitting, Lamination machine, etc.
∎ To solve critical problems of Pneumatic and Electro-Pneumatic component.
∎ Solve issues of Hydraulic System EPC & LPC
∎ Machine installation & labelling.
∎ Machine dismantle jobs.
∎ To troubleshoot the gear box
∎ To troubleshoot the power break of machine tension.
∎ To troubleshoot the machine roller.
∎ To ensure proper functioning of lifts & generators.
∎ Responsible for completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
∎ Ensures operation of machinery equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, cooling system and production machines, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
∎ To ensure maximum utilization of production machinery by proper maintenance (mechanical) to meet the maximum outcomes.
∎ To maintain all documents related to engineering services in order and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities.
∎ Controls machinery breakdown time by informing production workers by routine preventive maintenance techniques;
∎ Maintain technical compliance issues.
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
