Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect data from sales force and marketing team, analyse data and prepare reports.
∎ Prepare monthly/ quarterly strategic plan.
∎ Arrange team meetings to discuss sales status, targeted goal and implementation of strategies.
∎ Prepare report on field force sales performance monthly/ quarterly basis.
∎ Conduct meeting with dealers and retailers to collect data for improvement of existing business.
∎ Monitor competitors' actions and execute marketing strategies.
∎ Collect market information and develop marketing plan for new product lines.
∎ Organize field demonstration and training programs on new products.
∎ Execute any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Interest to work in agri-machineries industry.
∎ Strong communication & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & reasoning skills.
