Age 30 to 40 years
Strong knowledge of maintenance and manufacturing processes, with the ability to reduce machine downtime and meet scheduled maintenance targets of wash section.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in maintenance cost control and spare parts consumption.
Good troubleshooting skills for wash related machineries.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
Ability to adjust and set machines as per Production requirement.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, with a commitment to developing and motivating the maintenance team.
Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain effective working relationships across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance planning tools for effective documentation and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and open-minded attitude.
Dedicated to continuous improvement and promoting a culture of accountability, job satisfaction, and organizational loyalty.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of all machines and accessories on the Synthetic and Rubber floors.
Provide prompt response during any machine or accessory breakdowns on the Synthetic floor.
Prepare and implement a preventive maintenance schedule on a regular basis.
Minimize machine breakdowns by keeping machines in optimal condition for production.
Provide timely support to other departments for maintenance and development-related tasks as directed by the Head of Maintenance (HOD).
Foster team spirit and motivate subordinates to take personal ownership of their responsibilities.
Ensure both electrical and mechanical support is available to other floors in case of emergencies.
Prepare import and local spare parts requisitions for all machines and submit them to the Head of Maintenance for approval.
Monitor the performance of subordinates and encourage continuous improvement.
Supervise subordinates to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
