Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree of any relevant subject from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain different online and manual register, driver information, staff information of organization to maintain good chain of service delivery and communication.
∎ Check the list of online requisition and distribute transport and share list to vendor.
∎ Collect different information from field level warehouses, compile them and present as required.
∎ Conduct physical verification of warehouse and stores and report to manager, Logistics and maintain store documents as per compliance.
∎ Arrange efficient shuttle management for office staff and monitor driver availability in time.
∎ Look after and monitor the supply chain of different materials frequently.
∎ Inform manager, Logistics all required information on vehicle and warehouse management.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly report related to logistic, store and others and submit to supervisor in time.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics, fleet management, supply chain management or any other relevant field in MNC/ NGO/ Manufacturing Organization.
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Have excellent writing and reporting skill.
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
∎ Have ability to visit Ukhia/ Teknaf frequently.
