Educational Requirements:

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ITIL Project Management Certification (GPM, IGMA, PMI) is preferable.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): GPM, IT System Management, PMI, Project Management

Job Context:
∎ Overall Customer satisfaction of Service & Maintenance.
∎ Resolving of incident and problems withing contracted SLAs.
∎ Execution of the preventive maintenance activities according to the contracted SLAs and agreed schedule.
∎ Fulfillment of the contracted tasks of Subcontractors and Service partners.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management and supervision of the Service and Maintenance processes and teams in Bangladesh ePassport project, including Production areas and IT enterprise environment on more than 250 locations.
∎ Reporting to the Overall Service Manager in Germany, Country Manager in Bangladesh and the Customer on SLAs and incident resolution.
∎ Managing escalations from and to Customer, Subcontractors and Service Partners.
∎ Managing the SLAs, identification of potential for improvement of the Service and Maintenance processes, and implementation of process improvements.
∎ Functional Management of local Service Partners and their respective 2nd Level Service and Maintenance teams.
∎ Supervision of 2nd Level Maintenance activities in Bangladesh countrywide and in Bangladesh Missions worldwide.
∎ Managing 3rd level remote support and on-site visits by technical teams.
∎ Close cooperation with the Overall Service Manager, Country Manager, Veridos technical teams and 3rd Level support personnel for the various Factory and IT solutions of the ePassport system.
∎ Ensuring proper availability of Spare and Wear Parts and Consumables on local stock.
∎ Managing various local Service & Maintenance topics.
∎ Evaluation and classification of incidents, events, problems and service requests.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work Experience of at least 5 years in Project Management or Service Management of complex Production Systems and/or enterprise IT environments.
∎ Confidential attitude, assertiveness, and distinctive communication skills.
∎ A high degree of Customer Orientation and intercultural Competence.
∎ High Process and Target Orientation.
∎ Willingness to occasionally travel within Bangladesh and abroad.
∎ Native speaker of Bengali, excellent English verbal and written.
