Job Context:
∎ Currently, one of our ODC partners is looking forward to onboarding Senior Software Engineers. Their mission is to be the most trusted real-estate investment platform for fractional ownership in MENA and South Asia.
∎ As Lead Software Engineer; Just imagine getting in during the early stages of a company like Deliveroo or Careem. By joining our small and dynamic team, you’ll get the chance to build a company during the early growth years. You`ll be strong on the front and backend engineering with the drive and flexibility to drive the product engineering efforts. You will be familiar with building quick solutions in the FinTech domain. You will need to build a super-scalable platform that can handle fast growth. You`ll be solving a number of technical challenges to accelerate and improve the investment process, from customer onboarding, eKYC, Investment experience to digital wallet management. Complex integrations to multiple 3rd parties, behind beautiful UX.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Rapidly solve product and tech challenges that haven’t been solved before
∎ Integrating with large complex systems like major government departments, Banks,
∎ Leading the build of a flexible backend to scale as fast as companies like Deliveroo
∎ Working in a small cross-functional team, taking product, design, and data inputs to ensure we’re iterating quickly based on customer feedback
∎ Helping shape our development process and company culture.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have a passion for product development, innovation and solving real customer problems without being wedded to any technology or approach.
∎ Comfortable with and open to a variety of languages and frameworks (e.g. Java, JavaScript/Node/React/ReactNative and Python)
∎ Willingness to learn fast and adapt to new technologies as needed
∎ Experience of building prototypes/MVPs with short cycle times (hours or days)
∎ System administration basics, infrastructure as code, deployed secure, scalable backend services to Cloud environments
∎ Have experience in a scaling startup environment and/or at a major tech brand
∎ Our Tech Stack: Java / Spring, JavaScript/Node/React/ReactNative and Digital Ocean. We're looking for polyglots who can use or learn whatever tools are needed.
