• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• A Bachelor's Degree from any reputed university preferably in CSE, Information Technology, or related field

• Quality Assurance certifications (ISTQB / CSTE) will be given preference

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, NGO, Garments, Restaurant, Boutique/ Fashion, E-commerce

• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role in Application Development and Software Quality Assurance

• Hands-on experience with automation and modern testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)

• Experience in working on ERP or other large-scale business applications

• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC

• Experience in API testing and database validation (SQL)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab Cl, etc.)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Team Lead to lead quality assurance activities for our in-house ERP platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategy. leading manual, and automated testing, implementing modern QA tools and practices, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure ERP software releases.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the QA team across manual and automation testing.

• Define and enforce QA strategy, standards, and quality metrics for ERP systems.

• Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.

• Design, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, DevOps, and Business teams.

• Ensure software quality from requirement phase to production release.

• Track defects, analyze root causes, and drive continuous quality improvement.

Safeguarding Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation.

• Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
