1.      Develop and implement effective logistics strategies, polices, and procedures to optimize product delivery operations.

2.      Coordinate with production, sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.

3.      Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.

4.      Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to negotiate favorable terms and secure cost-effective transportation solutions.

5.      Plan and schedule products shipment based on customer requirements, ensuring on time delivery while optimizing transportation cost.

6.      Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal stakeholder and customers.

7.      Resolve any logistical issues or delays in products delivery promptly and effectively.

8.      Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and requirements

9.      Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others.
