Experience:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed public university
Shall be well conversant with structural analysis & design software – ETABS, STAAD-pro.
Shall be well conversant with BNBC & ACI code.
Shall be having experience in designing both RCC and steel structure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
Modeling, structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
Coordinate with the architects and external consultants to finalize the framing system of a building and solving design related problem.
To guide and supervise CAD detailer in drafting process and prepare structural drawings.
Top supervision and ensure the quality of structural works as per design and specifications.
Checking of test results of different construction materials.
To provide lead management and oversight to the Structural team and inspire and develop the team`s skills and qualities.
Devise new approaches to problem solving and prepare or modify drawings, specifications.
