1.       Electrical System Management:

Design, install, and maintain electrical systems within the factory, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely.

Monitor electrical loads and capacities to ensure compliance with factory production demands.

Supervise electrical installations for new production lines and machinery.

2.       Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical issues in machinery, production lines, and general factory equipment to ensure minimal downtime.

Oversee emergency breakdowns and ensure quick and efficient resolution.

3.       Team Leadership:

Lead and train electrical engineers and technicians.

Organize and assign daily tasks to the team to ensure work is completed on schedule.

Ensure the team adheres to safety guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures.

4.       Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all electrical systems are compliant with local regulations, codes, and standards in Bangladesh.

Enforce factory safety protocols and ensure electrical systems meet safety requirements.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of electrical systems.

5.    Project Management:

Lead electrical projects related to factory expansion, machinery installation, or electrical upgrades.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, quality control) to ensure timely completion of projects.

6.    Budgeting & Cost Control:

Prepare and manage the budget for electrical maintenance and projects.

Identify opportunities for energy savings and cost reductions in the factory’s electrical operations.

7.    Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on electrical system performance, maintenance activities, and project progress.

Provide technical support to the management team for decision-making processes related to electrical infrastructure and operations.
