Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Leather/ Footwear
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline with relevant experience
∎ Skills Required: Lasting process and quality.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Layout production line and machinery for smooth production
∎ Brief team about quality and safety before starting daily activities
∎ Meet hourly targets and production target according to production plan
∎ Ensure all lasting related works goes smoothly and on time
∎ Ensure the proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials for highest productivity on time
∎ Solve and communicate production problems along with production team
∎ Report to production manager regularly
∎ Coordinate well with management and production team
∎ Coordinate the work flow within the department ensuring superior quality
∎ Solve and communicate quality related problems
∎ Determining training needs
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge and experience of footwear production
∎ Must have a clear concept about lasting related works
∎ Strong knowledge about operational activities
∎ Excellent experience with implementation of corrective action programs
∎ Sound product and industry-specific experience
∎ Strong computer skills including MS Office
∎ Capable to work under extreme pressure and meet deadline
∎ Motivated and target oriented
