Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk & finished products and prepare the report accordingly.
∎ Monitoring of manufacturing process and dispensing of materials to assure quality.
∎ Verification of cleaning of machine and manufacturing area.
∎ Prepare reagent and standardization for the test as per GMP.
∎ Ensure proper safeguard of the chemicals and apparatus used in the laboratory.
∎ Compile and record data for documentation by considering testing and reports preparation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ B.Sc. (Honor’s)/M. Sc. in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biological Science.
∎ Preferably 01/02 years’ experience in food industry.
∎ Training in GMP, ISO, HACCP and Food safety is preferable.
∎ Writing skill in English & basic computer knowledge is must.
