Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing, Fabric development, Textile Laboratory

Job Context:
∎ Company is a 100% export oriented home textile and garments is looking for hard-working, dedicated young personnel for factory`s laboratory team.
∎ Location of this employment will be Narayangonj and stay at factory premises.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Selects dyes (recipe) and process to meet the required color
∎ • Ensures lab dip shade matches with buyer's actual swatch
∎ • Takes most of the decisions such as different types of tests (pilling, rubbing, perspiration, color fastness) to achieve buyer requirements
∎ • Tracks color in different order & ensures information is correctly documented
∎ • Maintains liaison with merchandising department for new shade development or lab dip
∎ • Ensures on time submission & on time approval (counter, PP etc) to maintain the bulk order smoothly
∎ • Analyzes different types of dyeing programs as well as dyes & chemicals in order to contribute in various areas such as reduction of material cost (dyes, chemicals etc), improve cycle time etc.
∎ • Ensure to collect proper Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all dyes & chemicals before storage.
∎ • Root Cause Analysis for failure especially in Restricted Chemicals/Substance & take corrective action
∎ • Ensure to follow the proper equipment’s, test methods & consumable items for testing of different test parameters. Develop new test methods as per customers demand.
∎ • Identify the testing problems & find out the solutions of problems.
