Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Chemical Engineering or, B.Sc. in Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check and test the quality of different dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries.
∎ To accomplish the overall activities of the Dyeing Lab and Research & Development related works of the Textile facility.
∎ To make the Lab colors required by Buyers like H&M, M&S, Wal-Mart and others.
∎ To prime the Dyeing Chemical/Color labs and ensure development of sample Fabrics of different Buyers as per the mandatory colors/styles & other specifications in a cost-effective way.
∎ To lead the Research & Development team and develop new/innovative sample of Finished Fabrics to attract Buyers for providing future orders.
∎ To manage the testing of textile materials and other related materials in accordance with recognized test methods.
∎ To be able to answer buyers' technical issues.
∎ To keep Update all the chemical Lab Testing machine by conducting regular calibration.
∎ To keep the record of the Testing Reports able to maintain all the laboratory related docs, timely updated when required.
∎ To update the Management with the results findings and methods of the works.
∎ To be able to issue reports within time and given feedback to merchant team if they arise any questions.
∎ To ensure proper documentation of dye recipes and processes for each fabric and shades
∎ Follow up bulk execution of given recipes and respond to any mismatch.
∎ To be responsible of overall management of laboratory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have high analytical skill of understanding the reactive, disperse and acid dyeing, printing and finishing process.
∎ Must have experience to work for different Buyer's color requirements like H&M, M&S, Wal-Mart and others.
∎ Need well knowledge about spectrophotometer operation along with ability to work with qtx file.
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Work experience in accredited laboratory will get extra priority.
∎ Must have experience to face 3rd party audit
