∎ ·       All communication are clear to both  client and factories.
∎ ·       Goal to achieved to serve the client  requirements
∎ ·       Ensure the  delivery and  quality as per client requirements
∎ ·       Safeguarding  client  standards.
∎ ·       Trouble shoot all problems related to productions / clients
