Responsibilities & Context:
- Working as inspector in a 3rd party inspection company .
- Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet required quality standards, including measurements, stitching, appearance, labeling, and packaging.
- Perform inline, mid-line, and final inspections during various stages of production to identify any defects early.
- Verify that all garments conform to buyer specifications regarding size, color, fabric, trims, and construction details.
- Detect and report any defects such as loose threads, broken stitches, stains, shade variation, incorrect labeling, or measurement discrepancies.
- Create inspection reports with photos and send to client
- Have valuable understanding of inspection.
- Follow strictly SOP’S and Protocols of inspections.
