Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from well reputed public/private university (DU/BUET/KUET/NSU/BRAC/IUB/MIST preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Steel, Paint

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and nurture existing client relationships across B2B segment specially with Developers, Industrial Projects, Contractors (Both Govt and Private), and commercial and large infra projects.
∎ Constantly building deep rooted relationships that will enable one to understand client needs, gather market intelligence and build a credible pipeline of opportunities. To succeed in the role, one must incredible enjoy building new relationships and leveraging on relationships to achieve your goals.
∎ Manage and maintain Key Accounts Receivable with Zero Overdue.
∎ Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
∎ Attract and Acquire new Key Account to ensure sustainable business growth.
∎ Develop prospective customer pipeline and continuously mature & qualify opportunities to increase INSEEs market share and to enable achievement of sales target.
∎ Progress prospects through a defined sales process to eventual contracting and implementation.
∎ Meet Commercial objectives of B2B and take full ownership of your portfolio and the results.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to working with B2B officials at all levels (office assistant to C level).
∎ Passionate about building and maintaining relationships. Having deep rooted existing networks and relationships is a plus.
∎ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
∎ Self-directed, work well alone or in a team structure, highly results oriented, and willing to learn and expand his/her technical and product knowledge base through formal education, professional training, and self-study.
∎ Research, prepare and execute a sales plan focused on delivering new and recurring revenues
∎ You must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
∎ You must be self-directed, work well alone or in a team structure, highly results oriented, and willing to learn and expand his/her technical and product knowledge base through formal education, professional training, and self-study.
∎ Experience and knowledge in the cement industry will place you at an advantage
∎ Fully compatible with MS office PC suit.
∎ Can confidently convert information internally and externally adjusting quickly between written and verbal communication.

Salary: Negotiable
