∎ Be well versed in data structures and algorithms
∎ Experience in writing test code. Must be capable of generating complex test cases
∎ Excellent debugging skills
∎ Good communication and team-working skills
∎ Idea about Agile development environment
∎ Participating in online/offline programming contest is a plus
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English
