∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) (preferably in Marketing) from a reputed University. or BSc. in Engineering from a reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Energetic and self-motivated, Very good skills in MS Office and Social Communication.

∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and analyze market information and provide inputs in the preparation of marketing strategies.
∎ Prepare and implement appropriate marketing plans for assigned products.
∎ Assist in the preparation of sales budgets/forecasts.
∎ Prepare and implement promotion plans as per budget and monitor the impact of the promotional activities.
∎ Prepare product branding plan, considering customer targeting & online/offline customer behavior.
∎ Monitor the sales against the target and devise appropriate strategies and plans to meet the sales forecast of the assigned product.
∎ Make regular field visits to monitor the market situations, understand customer needs & assess competitors' activities.
∎ Prepare reports, PowerPoint presentations for senior management.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years

∎ Strong understanding of market dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
