TQIU INTERNATIONAL (BD) LTD. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Online Business Developer from a science background to manage social branding pages, boost online traffic, and support backend operations with strong Excel and data management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s branding and social media pages across multiple platforms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to increase sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
• Boost online traffic, social media promotions and performance-driven strategies.
• Coordinate with influencers/ Celebrities for product promotions.
• Perform backend tasks including data handling, database management
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office Suite for accurate reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and executing business expansion initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations to management.
• Maintain and update client, influencer, and marketing databases in an organized manner
