Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze raw materials, packing, in-process, bulk and finished goods for quality and compliance.
∎ Prepare different microbiological culture media to conduct all microbial tests.
∎ To perform environmental monitoring and water analysis.
∎ Assist in trials, validations and tests for operational excellence projects.
∎ Collect sample from manufacturing area.
∎ Perform microbial analysis of raw material and finished products.
∎ Collaborate with teams and prepare different reports for management.
∎ Maintain all laboratory records.
