∎ Good communication skills to collaborate with merchandising and production teams.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Ability to create production-friendly designs while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
∎ Experience in working with international fashion brands is preferred.
∎ Practical experience with screen separation techniques, color matching, and print execution.

∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other graphic design software.
∎ Knowledge of screen printing techniques.
∎ Must have a good understanding of color separation, all-over design and dot design, pattern etc.
∎ Understanding of fabric behavior and ink compatibility.
∎ Ability to prepare print-ready files with proper color separation.
∎ Experience with mock-up development and sample approvals.
