∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To check and maintain all correct development samples received on time BD office and booked-In and send to UK for customer meeting to catch confirm order.Sample check, yarn Reeling check, sample colour check, sample card preparation, design OUR all paper check, scan and take dummy photos.
∎ Add hanger photo front, back and additional trims photos.
∎ Development sample sending email send to all concerned person every day.
∎ Development swatch to take photo and send email to all concern person.
∎ If Metal Detect fail or any of other issues found on the samples checking then highlighted & communicate with designer and take confirmation via mail then send a sample to UK.
∎ Sometime received yarn reeling from factory and send email to OUR UK to Deena/Cristel Mereb.
∎ Now BD yarn reeling scan and updated global drive and 1 reference copy keep in BD office and 1 reference copy send to UK.
∎ To update booked-In folder in the global drive every day.
∎ To update in the vision every day.
∎ Make a 02 copy of physical booked in swatch for BD & HK every day and send this cutting every Wednesday to OURHK in a week.
∎ Consolidate yarn movement chart received from UK designer in everyday morning then update chart in global drive and send email to concern BD person and to concern factories.
∎ To communicate with UK designer for the necessary guideline after receiving wrong sample.Checking the samples priority basis and send to UK through daily parcel.
∎ Help to WT sample follow up and sample send to OURUK in absence of Sr. Merchandiser (Sample Development)Communicate and assist Sr. Merchandiser (Sample Development)
∎ Raising yarn MPOs on Vision from Knitwear team and info is taken from the MPO chart
∎ Raising fabric MPOs on Vision from Cut & Sew team and info is taken from the MPO chart Emailing MPOs to the relevant OUR inner and FTY and keep cc in relevant person.
∎ Re OUR office sending to MPO queries or any kind of amendments.
∎ Ensuring that any queries which can’t be dealt with in BD are flagged to the relevant person in UK (Knitwear Design if it is colour, quantity related or Fabric/Yarn team if it’s technical).
∎ This includes amending/re-saving and re-sending MPOs.Chasing & saving down MPO yarn reeling’s onto Global drive.
∎ Ensuring hard copies have been sent to the UK office.
